Peanut Butter Vanilla Protein Smoothie

This vanilla peanut butter smoothie is a perfect breakfast smoothie, not too sweet, packed with plant protein, healthy fats, and slow release carbs to help fuel your day.

As with all my recipes, these are just guidelines, sub in whatever you have on hand.


  • 300ml unsweetened nut milk of choice (I used homemade cashew milk)
  • 2 x frozen bananas
  • 1 x scoop of Vivo Life vanilla plant protein
  • 15g peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)


  1. Wazz it all up in your blender for a minute or 2
  2. Pour and tuck in!
