Dark Chocolate & Orange Coconut Yogurt Bowl
This orange & dark chocolate coconut yogurt bowl is a delicious snack which takes minutes to prepare with only a few ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 250g Coconut yogurt (or other dairy-free yogurt)
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
- Half a large orange or 1 small one, peeled & chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped, shelled pistachios
- Fresh mint, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Add the coconut yogurt to a bowl
- Add the orange and pistachios
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate on top
- Finish with some chopped mint
- Optionally add some maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Tuck in!
